Britt Jackson

Director of Administrative Operations

Britt has three jobs - Mom to her “Curly Boys” (10-year-old boy Finley and 2-year-old doodle Cody), Executive Director of an international non-profit, and cofounder of The Nonprofit Desk.

For many years Britt has worked in the online space and led numerous remote teams on projects big and small. She delights in project mapping, delegation, and building “lean, mean productive teams”.

With extensive experience and training in digital marketing, project management and nonprofit leadership, Britt brings a unique skill set and level of expertise to support nonprofit administrators, directors and board members.

Kaye Jackson

Director of Financial Operations

Wife of Terry, mother of four, and Mimi to ten beautiful grandchildren, Kaye finds her joy in the Lord and her family.

She has served over 35 years in the field of administration and office management, and has a special understanding of the daily support that thriving nonprofits and small businesses need to function and grow.

Her expertise lies in bookkeeping, administrative task management and relationship building. She’s also leader of our prayer team, and the best cook this side of the Mississippi!
